A focus on Harley, the man in the back, and the meals he creates. He is the owner of the restaurant and the main cook on staff.

Harley places fully prepared orders though the delivery window that separates the kitchen from the dining area. He prepares a wide variety of food daily, anywhere from burgers and sandwiches to Italian dishes and some special recipes from his homeland.
